Who’s that girl? It’s Jess!
I’m a 30-something wedding and family photographer living in beautiful North East Victoria.
I’m a left-handed, sentimental Aquarius with a deep love for storytelling, my camera, and my mini dachshund Ziggy. I'm a big-hearted, creative soul who feels things deeply so naturally, photography became my way of holding on to what matters most.
My love for photography started early. My mum always says I was obsessed with flicking through the old family photo albums at my grandparents’ house. Those albums left a lasting impression on me. That sense of nostalgia and connection is at the heart of everything I do, it’s why I’m so passionate about capturing families and weddings in a real, honest, and emotional way.
My journey began with a Diploma in Photography, which led me to Byron Bay to study a Bachelor of Film. I then worked full-time as a video editor, soaking up all things visual storytelling. Over time, my skills and experience naturally evolved into a career capturing love stories and family moment.

What inspires me most is seeing how you are with your loved ones — the laughter, the little glances, and the genuine connections. I love capturing these authentic moments so that years from now, your photos bring all the emotions rushing back.
Every wedding and family session is unique, and I take a thoughtful approach to capture your personalities and the emotion of the day. My goal is to create timeless photographs that you’ll treasure forever.

BEHIND THE LENS
Whether this is your first time in front of a camera or your hundredth, there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. When you arrive for your session or wedding day, you can just be yourselves—no stiff poses, no awkwardness, just genuine moments.
I never expect anyone to know exactly what to do in front of the camera—that’s my job. I’ll guide you gently every step of the way if needed. You might feel a little nervous at first, but within 5-10 minutes, I promise you’ll feel comfortable and start enjoying the process. Together, we’ll capture everything we need, at your pace.
When kids are involved (and let’s be honest, sometimes adults too), I make it fun and flexible. If they need a snack, a break, or a quick run around, no problem—we’ll work with it. And yes, sometimes bribery is totally allowed!
So the bottom line is there’s no need to stress. I’ll be there to guide you, capture the laughter, the love, and all the little moments in between—so you can just relax and enjoy your day.
